Hello! My birthday is this week and while thinking of something to post about, I decided to google zodiac signs. Me being a Cancer, I am thought to be emotional, family-oriented and exciting (okay, that's not really one of the traits), but I thought it would be fun to mix it up this time. Below are the sites I came across and my ratings for all of them.
2) https://www.costarastrology.com/zodiac-signs/cancer-sign (Rating 0) - This is a very unique website, they do not have the information put in the traditional web page fashion. To be honest, at first I thought it was just that little square image until I started to scroll down and found there were additional squares of information. Its simplistic, artistic and clean.
1) https://www.astrology-zodiac-signs.com/ (Rating 1) - This is a website where you can learn abut various zodiac signs, compatibility, horoscopes, astrogolgy, etc. There is a lot of information. Fortunaely, the landing page follows you throughout each page and adds in making it easier to navigate. I think it is a little cluttered making it difficult to know what to click though.
3) https://www.allure.com/story/cancer-zodiac-sign-personality-traits (Rating 2): So, this is a magazine website that posts articles online in addition to their printed copy (or at least they used to have a printed copy). It has various topics for things related to women and. While this website delivers on content, it fails in making it the easiest it can for users to experience it. There are ads everywhere, but for their main articles, there aren't any. Very interesting...its like they want people to see them but they dont for their important posts.
4) https://www.prepscholar.com/sat/s/ (Rating 1) - Somehow my search also brought me to a website for standardized test prep courses. I believe it took me to a blog portion and when I navigated away from that portion it had a totally different vibe, no ads, different color scheme and everything. The rating may have been lower if it had stayed the same, but since the majority of the site has the non-ad theme, I am giving it a higher rating, I just wish they kept the same theme througout.
5) https://gqvcz.accademiafitostudi.it/cancer-man-deep-stare.html (Rating 4) - This website was supposed to take me to something about cancer men, but instead it brought up a security alert error warning that the website is unsafe. Due to this, I didn't click on it, however, I still wanted to rate it because its a good example of something we do not want to happen. Even if it is safe, the user doesn't know that, and the creator could be missing out on a bunch of traffic due to whatever security measures the person has setup.
